EasyFlow is the core module used to extend ourdigital medical transcriptionDeveloped specifically for digital dictation services and transcription management, EasyFlow uses the input and output modules to securely and reliably handle all of your voice and transcription files.

Input Modules (Dictation)

All input modules are designed to extend our digital dictation services for high- and low-volume dictation environments. These modules are easy-to-implement and easy-to-use.



EasyList extends the digital medical transcription service by interfacing with hundreds of health information systems. As a “middle-ware” module, EasyList is used primarily for sending patient details and voice files to the workflow system. EasyList can also be used to retrieve transcribed files. EasyList manages and routes appointment or ADT data from your HIS and medical dictations from PPC Voice. EasyList can make certain demographic data available only to specific providers. To further restrict accessibility, demographics can be grouped based on location or facility. Data entry or data selection by providers, such as job type or work type, can be optionally enabled and enforced.


EasyMove extends our digital medical transcription by securely transferring voice files from hand-held devices and remote dictation systems. Installed in minutes, EasyMove allows you to quickly submit voice files for digital medical transcription. EasyMove begins by naming voice files based on your job type, work type, and other parameters. Files are then transferred to the workflow system for transcription with the click of a single button.

EasyTransfer extends the company’s digital medical transcription by automatically transferring voice files for transcription from many dictation systems, such as Dictaphone, DVI, Lanier, and Crescendo. Easy to install and deploy, EasyTransfer allows you to leverage your existing dictation system investments while benefiting from our transcription services. Voice files from your dictation systems are automatically queued and transferred at set intervals. EasyTransfer can also automatically convert file types and merge text with voice files. No manual intervention is required.

EasyVoice extends our digital dictation services by enabling high-fidelity dictations by telephone. To dictate with EasyVoice, simply dial a local extension if EasyVoice is installed at your location, or use a toll-free number to access an off-site EasyVoice server. EasyVoice supports a number of commercial barcode readers, making patient and provider information input quick and easy. After you complete a dictation, EasyVoice saves the high-fidelity recording and transfers it to the workflow system for transcription.

PC Voice extends the company’s digital dictation services with advanced patient information management, user-friendly voice recorder, and automated file transfer.


PPC Voice extends our digital dictation services by combining the benefits of a handheld recorder with the power and functionality of a Pocket PC/PDA.

EasyPrint extends our company’s digital dictation services and digital medical transcription by automatically retrieving your transcribed files from the workflow system.
